Letter received to Carmen and Paul Bellamy
“Dear Carmen and Paul,
On behalf of Malta Union of Midwives and Nurses, we would like to thank your organisation and you personally for your outstanding effort to collect money and to supply the CCU ITU of Gozo General Hospital with cardiac equipment which was definitely necessary for giving the utmost care to our clients.
Unfortunately the Hospital Authorities for some reason or another did not take notice of the immediate need to replace the outstanding monitors. As MUMN sub committee we make all pressure possible with higher authorities, also to save guard the interest of our members in case of problems which may arise due to faulty equipment.
Thanks again for your generous efforts and contribution in the interest of the patients which migh need CCU ITU care.
